free stuff really free stuff... ?
Free stuff is exactly that, or as we like to call it “FaeTasia’s Freebies”. In this section you will find all our items that are totally free, from printable Faery cards to computer graphics.
Here at FaeTasia we like to think that what we give out we will receive back in one way or the other. In all honesty, we to have been in the unenviable position of not having money ourselves, and believe that there are still people out there who don't have the means either, these are the souls to whom we are extending this free service, for we care and like the "Faeries" we would like to spread a little kindness around the world.
We have been on asked numerous occasions why we have so much available for free. Naturally we have been told that we are fooling ourselves and there will be those who will abuse this, so be it, for no matter what we try to do, there will always be those souls who fall into this category, at least our hearts are filled with goodness, kindness and compassion and who knows what magic we can spread if we all try? If you are reading this, bless your heart, remember magic does happen if you believe!

Like many businesses there are products that for one reason or the other arrive faulty from the supplier, so we decided that as a big Faery thank you to our customers it would be nice if we offered them for Faery Free.
Should you choose to use this facility, kindly remember that whilst the product is free, it is only free to customers who place current orders.
Postage will be charged depending on the item.

is the Market all about ... ?
FaeTasia's Market Stall is open to MEMBERS only, and is dedicated to homemade items only pertaining to the Faery World. All merchandise (including packing and postage) is the sole responsibility of the Market Stall Holders.
While we personally review each and every item that is linked to us, we do not assume responsibility for any external content or quality of said products.
Market Stall Holders take orders directly and whilst we are notified of orders, we do NOT process anything other than the payment through FaeTasia.
Each Market Stall Holder has a contactable physical address, telephone number and email address which will be held on record by FaeTasia.
FaeTasia reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time.

Processing
of Orders
Whilst the actual processing can take anything from 2 - 5 working days to complete, shipping time depends on where you are resident and therefore your order could take anything up to 3 weeks in some countries. If you need items by a certain date, please email us, BEFORE ordering so we can accommodate your gift giving needs. This is for processing payments through the electronic system, no orders will be processed until cleared through our merchant bank.

As all our products are posted by Royal Mail Recorded and signed for the return

We believe in the "children" of the world and take pride that this site is "child safe". There is a zero tolerance for those who do not abide by this on this site. They will be banned and reported.

How do I checkout?
Click any of view shopping cart links at any time to pull up your shopping cart and click the checkout button located on the bottom right of your screen. Note: You must choose a postage/shipping method before you can proceed throughout checkout.
How do I view my shopping cart?
Simply click the view shopping cart link located at the top of every page and also located under the resource section of the left navigation. You may also view your cart now.

Shopping Cart Instructions/Assistance:
To remove an item from
your shopping cart click the "remove" next to your shopping cart description.
To change quantities of an item, type your desired quantity into the quantity
box (the default is 1) and then click recalculate.
To select international shipping, click the change location link next to the
United Kingdom.
Some items may be limited stock; you may receive a notice that an item is out of
stock or out of inventory. Feel free to email us if you would like us to notify
you when an item is back in stock.
If you receive an error that an item code does not exist we apologize for the
temporary inconvenience. On product pages you will find both a buy now button
and text link to purchase your product, try selecting a different version than
the one you clicked. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please email us
and we will rectify any problems right away.
Error’s are VERY rare and usually are a result of a human typographical error.

do I order internationally?

Placing an order at FaeTasia is easy, simply click any of the buy now buttons or text links located on each product page to add an item to your shopping cart.

ordering online safe?
We employ a 128 bit encrypted SSL secure shopping cart to protect your personal information. Looking for the secure padlock icon in your browser window? You'll see this security icon when you proceed to checkout where you enter both your personal and payment information.

There is a £5.00 (Five Pounds) minimum on all orders as we are charged for every transaction

Whilst we appreciate your personal reasons, we are an "internet" business only.
Processing
of orders
We aim to process all orders (exclusive of t-shirts) within 1-3 days of receiving cleared funds. Generally we post within 24 hours. Occasionally, we will sell out of popular products and whilst we aim to keep our Shoppe up to date, we don’t show this on the website as we can get them back in stock very quickly.
An order will not be dispatched until all products are ready to be dispatched. Should you require part of your order immediately please contact us to make arrangements. In some cases an additional postage fee will be required.

Card, and American Express. ***Note*** There is a
£5.00 minimum order on all credit cards

We are an internet business only, therefore all transactions are done through our nominated merchant bank. For safety reasons we do not accept cash through the post.
When making an on-line payment customer’s details are secure. We do not store any financial information. All information is automatically encrypted into transit from the customer’s computer to our own using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Postage
and Returns....
Do you provide a tracking number?
You will be emailed a tracking number when your items are posted.
If you would like to track your item online, click the

Royal Mail Track Delivery
service.
You will also receive an email with a delivery confirmation number if your items
are posted/shipped via Priority Mail.
How do I view postage costs?
There are no postage costs as all items are inclusive of tax and postage/shipping
How long will posting take?
Delivery time depends upon your location in the world. All
items are currently posted from the United Kingdom.
Postage can generally take 1 - 7 working days, depending on where you live.
Orders are dispatched daily by Royal Mail Recorded Signed
for or Courier. In most cases a signature is required so please send the order
to somewhere it can reliably be signed for.
Whilst we dispatch orders quickly we are not responsible for delays due to the
postal system. We will make every endeavor to follow up on a lost or delayed
parcel. Please remember delays may occur during peak holiday seasons.

Return Policy
While we don't expect a need for you to return your product, please take a moment to review our return policy before you order.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
Please
contact us as soon as possible. We want you to be completely
satisfied with your order and we're happy to work with you towards a resolution.
In case of damaged goods
In the unfortunate event an item arrives faulty or damaged we will refund in full or replace the item. We would ask that you return the item at your cost with all parts, accessories, and instructions in original packaging. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you and the value of the goods.
In the
rare instance of damage goods please save your items and all packaging
materials. Please
contact
us immediately and we will
send a replacement or issue a refund via your payment method, once goods are
returned.
Unwanted
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us with
your invoice number. You will then be asked to simply return the item/s in
perfect, resalable, unused condition (including all parts and accessories)
within 10 days of receipt. (CD's are exempt)
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we
recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you and
the value of the goods.
CDs being returned must be sealed in original packaging or we will not accept
them. This is due to copyright law and customers buying and burning copies of
cds.
Any unwanted item that is returned damaged due to improper
handling by the buyer or in a manner that will affect its resale value will be
refused and a refund will not be issued.
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it in original
condition for a refund of your purchase LESS return postage/shipping
costs and restocking fee.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee
on returned goods.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless goods are damaged in transit.
All refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was received.

We take great pride in offering high quality products at fair prices. The price
of each item includes postage and VAT.
Prices are listed in British Pound Sterling but customers can view the site in
